Lastly, local indie pop duo Smile Smile had an exciting week, learning the scene in which their pretty awesome song "Anymore" is featured in the Freddie Prinze Jr. and Taryn Manning romantic comedy, Jack and Jill vs. The World. It's a pretty vital scene in the film—the climax, really, as Prinze decides to run after Manning, his love interest, and win her back and live happily ever after—but unfortunately, as the YouTube-uploaded scene implies, this straight-to-DVD release ain't looking like the next Godfather or anything. Gigli, maybe (if, that is, it's not too late in the game to make Gigli jokes).

Even so, another big week.
